Rental Policy
18 years old with a Valid drivers license and boaters safety certification
Persons born on or before January 1, 1998(must have a valid drivers license)

Rental procedure & liability
All Wave Runners must be returned for refueling
Fuel NOT included, Pontoon boats must be refueled before returning
4 hour boat minimum / 8 hour minimum on Holiday weekends.
Absolutely no smoking on boats
Customer is responsible for any and all damages of equipment and boats
Inclement weather refunds at the discretion of TBWR
72hr cancellation notice required for full refund
Day of rental procedure
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. It is the customers responsibility to be on time for your rental. Time will not be extended due to late arrivals.
Penalty fees will apply for late returns. A minimum of $100.00 fee PLUS late time will be charged to all boats returning late.
